EARLY ARRIVAL and LATE DEPARTURE: we are very flexible in both cases. Please let us know in advance. Your luggage will be stored safely and free of charge in a suitable place, whenever possible.

Maximum capacity 8 to 9 people - House recommended for 4 adults (+ children + baby);

• Suite Melro: 1 double bed; 1 bunk bed with single beds;
• Suite Rouxinol: 1 double bed;
• Living room: 1 double sofa bed.

For a booking of 2 adults, or up to 2 adults + 2 children, we provide Suite Melro and Suite Rouxinol will not be available. Suite Rouxinol can be made available for an additional €30.00 per stay, due to cleaning and ironing costs. (VAT included)

For a booking above 2 adults + 2 children, we provide both Suite Melro and Suite Rouxinol at the base price.

🛏️ VB II - Visitar Bioucas II - Whole family house - 2 suites.

Maximum capacity 4 people - House recommended for 2 adults (+ children + baby);

• 1 Bedroom: 1 double bed;
• Living room: 1 double sofa bed.

✅ What we provide:

• Bed linen and towels;
• Kitchenware and detergents;
• Coffee capsules for your stay. 2 capsules per day up to a maximum of 10 capsules for long stays (Capsule brands: Delta or Ginga - Coffee machine brand: DELTA);
• Free cot and high chair on request;
• Pellets for the wood stove up to a limit of 15 kg;
• In the common area, you may have your meals on the terraces (there is a pergola, barbecue and garden furniture available in summer); we do not provide charcoal or firelighters.
• Fenced property and a children's playground where your children can play safely and freely;

📋 Recommendations:

• You may only smoke outside the house; smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the house;
• Quiet from 22:00;
• Family / friends gatherings are allowed if the noise is kept reasonable.

🐾 PETS:

• We do not accept dogs other than guide or assistance dogs;
• For other four-legged friends (not guide / assistance), we recommend Hotel Canino, in Tomar - Casal São Martinho - https://www.casalsaomartinho.com/ (service includes transport).
• We are glad to accept guide / assistance dogs inside the accommodation, in compliance with Decree-Law no. 74/2007 of 27 March.
• The stay of guide dogs has an additional cost and we do not accept more than one guide dog inside the accommodation (€10.00 per night + €30.00 per stay for extra cleaning + €50.00 deposit); (VAT included)
• The pet owner is liable for payment as compensation for any damage caused to the property or bodily injury caused to the owner or any person present on the property;
