Booking Preference:

Guests must send a booking request before making payment and reserving the accommodation. You will have 24 hours to accept or decline the booking request.

If there is no response to the request within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically declined.

The guest has control over short-term requests.

Example: If you choose 2 days, and today is February 14th, the closest possible booking will be February 16th.

Cancellation policy:

Bookings made more than 15 days in advance of the arrival date: free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. After this period, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Bookings made less than 15 days in advance of the arrival date: 75% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after booking confirmation.

In the event of illness or a duly justified exceptional situation, cancellation may be free of charge, subject to review and supporting documentation.
